ORAL CDS instructions for detox or health problems involving infections

General guidelines for oral CDS protocol

Can oral use of CDS be combined with pharmaceutical medicines or other therapies?

  • Oral protocol can be combined with other non-oral protocols.
  • If taking other medications, wait 1 hour before taking CDS.

Dose guidance

  • Adjust dosage to personal response
  • If it puts you more at ease, you can start with lower doses and increase slowly
  • Don’t stop as soon as symptoms improve – keep going until results are complete
  • If feeling worse, reduce dose by 50% but keep going
  • If no improvement, you may need to increase dose but no more than 30 ml CDS to be consumed in one day.

Safety / Side-effects

  • No serious side-effects or unwanted interactions reported. In peer-reviewed studies of over 1000 participants, only 6% experienced minor, temporary issues – mainly Herxheimer reactions, such as tiredness, dry mouth, runny nose, gas, which ended after 5-7 days.

Do not put CDS in metal containers

  • CDS should be put in glass (preferable amber colored) or plastic containers

Protocol for using CDS orally for chlorine dioxide therapy (CDT)

KEEP CDS (0.3%, 3000 ppm) OUT OF THE EYES and DO NOT INHALE CHLORINE DIOXIDE VAPORS

Prepare CDS to be taken hourly throughout the day

  • Add 10 ml of CDS (3000 ppm) to a bottle containing 1 LITER of good drinking water. (Approximately 1/3 fl. oz. CDS to 1 quart water)
  • Consume 125 ml (4 fl. oz.) of solution (contains 3.75 mg chlorine dioxide) every hour for 8 hours i.e. until bottle is empty. This provides a total safe intake of 30 mg ClO2 at 30 ppm concentration each day

For serious health problems – gradually increase dose from 10 ml (~1/3 fl.oz.) up to 15 ml (~1/2 fl. oz.) in 1 liter (the total daily intake divided into 8 hourly doses).

Avoid certain foods that neutralize the chlorine dioxide (ClO2) molecule in the body?

Chlorine dioxide remains in the body for about 1 hour after consumption, after which it has converted to oxygen and a tiny amount of salt (NaCl). Since you consume ClO2 for 8 hours, you will have ClO2 in the body for around 9 hours, during which time it is best to avoid food / drinks that interfere with its therapeutic activity:

Consuming any of the following 2 hours before to 1 hour after CDT will reduce the therapy’s effectiveness

  • Vitamin C, other high-antioxidant foods E.g. Vitamin C added juices and even nuts, fruits and high-antioxidant vegetables
  • Coffee, tea, milk, alcohol
  • Mineral and vitamin supplements
  • Dairy products, dark chocolate

How long to continue daily treatment?

  • For most people, 21 days is sufficient for detoxification of the body. Any longer could be stressful and cause more harm than good.
  • A maintenance treatment day once per week should not cause tiredness.

Chronic low-level inflammation

  • Detoxifies
  • Boosts immune system / cellular energy
  • Anti-inflammatory / Pain-relief
  • Aids sleep / Reduces stress
  • Accelerates healing of tissue, bone, muscles, scars
  • Improves circulation +++
