Example benefits for applying chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) to the skin
Healing / Pain relief for: MRSA (Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus). basal cell carcinoma, shingles, bites, stings, burns
Instructions for using CDS on skin
Spray CDS on skin problem area
- Fill a spray bottle (or atomizer) with CDS (0.3%, 3000 ppm)
- Apply directly to the affected area in case of wounds, burns or other skin problems.
KEEP CDS (0.3%, 3000 ppm) OUT OF THE EYES and DO NOT INHALE CHLORINE DIOXIDE VAPORS
CDS soothes pain and does not cause burning or stinging, however, there may be some irritation / itching due to healing reaction.
It can be repeated several times a day, even every hour, until healing is achieved.
Precautions:
- Do not use occlusive (sealing) bandages over the treated area.
- Do not apply on the navel and leave it covered for hours.
- If the spray spring shows signs of corrosion, it should be replaced.
Apply CDS with a paper towel for insect bites, jelly-fish stings and burns
Effective in relieving pain and reducing swelling caused by stings and common burns (such as those caused by fire, as well as electrical, chemical or radiation burns. It relieves the pain immediately)
- If treating a sting, check for any stingers that need to be removed before applying CDS.
- Soak a paper towel with CDS (0.3%, 3000 ppm) and apply it directly to the sting, bite or burn.
- Leave the napkin on the skin until the CDS dries – it is the most effective just before it dries. You can wash it off afterwards, but It is not necessary.
- Wait at least 30 minutes before applying any other cream
You can repeat this process as many times as necessary.
Bag protocol to treat large areas of skin when ingestion or bathing is not possible.
- Prepare a bag to cover whole body (maybe two large bags taped together). Leave a place for the head to stay out of the bag to prevent inhalation of gas vapors.
- Undress before entering the bag to ensure that the gas reaches all areas
- Put 30 ml of CDS in a glass or porcelain container (do not add water), introduce it into the bag then close the bag from the inside
- Stay in the released chlorine dioxide gas for a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes.
How to apply CDT to skin as a deeper treatment using DMSO as a penetrating carrier for CDS
KEEP CDS OUT OF THE EYES and DO NOT INHALE CHLORINE DIOXIDE VAPORS
Treatment of skin diseases, wounds, and conditions to penetrate deeper than the skin’s surface. DMSO is a substance derived from wood pulp added to CDT to enable CDS to penetrate cell membranes and escort chlorine dioxide into the cells / tissues of skin, muscles and even bone.
DMSO
Use DMSO gel in preference to liquid (easier to apply). Readily available for purchase online. It is inexpensive, and particularly so if bought from animal supply stores.
Use caution and follow the rules when using DMSO
- It is important that skin is clean and free of non-therapeutic oils or creams. Ensure that skin has been washed with organic soap
- Use pharmaceutical grade (99.9% pure) 70% DMSO gel (easier to apply than liquid)
It is important to know how to safely use DMSO. E.g. YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHAT MATERIALS CAN SAFELY BE IN CONTACT WITH DMSO – for example, do not use rubber gloves or other medical gloves. DMSO is a solvent of rubber and will carry its reaction products into the body. For information on what DMSO does and doesn’t react with:

First test for any allergic reaction to DMSO
A few people have an allergy to DMSO – mainly due to a badly functioning liver, which actually manifests as pain in the liver. It is advised that one check for any allergic reaction to DMSO before using it in full force:
If you experience liver pain (due to weak liver function) when testing for DMSO allergy |
The following is a method purported to improve liver function and overcome DMSO allergy using CDS (do your own research on this):
|
It is normal to feel a slight itching, but If there are significant allergic reactions, discontinue use of DMSO.
Instructions
The area to be treated must be perfectly clean. Free of perfumes, oils and other substances before starting the treatment.
- First apply CDS (0.3%, 3000 ppm) to problem area of skin and let it dry. Use spray or rub in
- Next apply 70% DMSO (or 50% if from the waist up) and allow it to dry. Use bare fingers (or put hand in a sandwich bag) or you can use a cotton ball, but it should be organic (since DMSO will carry any chemicals in the cotton ball into your body), spread and gently rub DMSO gel thinly on affected areas of your skin.
- Finish by applying additional CDS to skin treatment area
After treatment – prefer wearing white clothes or loosely cover treatment area with white bandages to prevent clothing dyes from penetrating the skin.
Process can be repeated every hour if necessary, but no more than 5 to 10 times a day.
If treatment is on a large scale, alternate areas of treated skin every hour.
Frequency of treatment: Perform treatment for 3 days, then allow the skin to regenerate for 4 days. If you experience dry skin after a prolonged treatment, you can apply coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil or aloe vera afterwards. If dryness and irritation are excessive, consider reducing the concentration or taking a break from the treatment.
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use DMSO in enemas to avoid reentry of fecal toxins.
Use suitable bottles. E.g. glass, PE or HDPE (white plastic) for DMSO, avoid rubber, PVC plastic, acrylic, ABS or PET bottles since they could be dissolved by DMSO.
Never use rubber glass droppers! Do not use gloves or other plastic products, as they may also dissolve and penetrate the skin.
Where to purchase chlorine dioxide solution (CDS)
CDS can be purchased from several online retailers for around $25 / 4 fl oz bottle . Here are a couple of websites (without affiliation):
