SULFURATED PROTEIN

Making your own cottage cheese or yogurt from raw milk, (keeping temp under 110 °F considered raw) avoids the denaturing of some milk proteins via pasteurization. However, this Italian study found that typical vat pasteurization at 145°F (62°C) for 30 mins. does not significantly damage the sulfurated amino acids important to this protocol. Study linkBLEND:

Fresh-made Vegetable or fruit juice. Combinations of carrots, beets, apple, celery, ginger root, etc. Such vegetable or fruit juice is highly recommended as a beverage to be taken throughout the day.

LUNCH CHOICE 1:

Make a raw salad dressed withBUDWIG DRESSING (made with yogurt) (1 Tbsp. Flax Oil). Healthy additions include sauerkraut (good source of hard-to obtain vitamin K2; with colon cancer, eat 1 or 2 Tbsp. / day), grated turnips/carrots, radishes, parsley, chives 

 

Lunch Dessert (1 Tbsp. Flax Oil) – Mix some different fresh fruits than those used for breakfast with the BUDWIG SPREAD (1 Tbsp. Flax Oil), flavoring with lemon, vanilla, or berries.

Lunch Choice 2

Cooked Lunch (1 Tbsp. Flax Oil) – Steamed vegetables with optional potatoes or grains (E.g. pearl barley, rice, buckwheat, quinoa). To these add either:

(a) BUDWIG SPREAD (1 Tbsp. Flax Oil)

OR

(b) BUDWIG DRESSING (made with yogurt) (1 Tbsp. Flax Oil)

both for flavor and to increase intake of BUDWIG PROTOCOL components. Alternatively, mix the BUDWIG SPREAD with potatoes and add caraway, chives, parsley, or other herbs.

Lunch Dessert (1 Tbsp. Flax Oil).  Mix some different fresh fruits than those used for breakfast with theBUDWIG SPREAD, flavoring with lemon, vanilla, or berries.

Mid-Afternoon (4pm)

A small glass of natural wine (no preservatives) or champagne or fresh fruit juice

Optionally add a vegetable soup with pearled barley or buckwheat. Use steamed vegetables to make the healthiest soup and you can blend them to make a creamed soup;

Photons of light have energy which can excite electrons to a higher shell

The continuous stream of energy in waves is composed of energy quanta called photons.  Wave energy is absorbed and emitted in lumps, not continuously. 

One photon energy is E = hf, where E is the energy of a photon of frequency f and h is Planck’s constant.


Dr. Budwig added Eldi Oils to her protocol for the very sick.  Applied as massage oils or enema. Dr. Budwig created these unique oils after performing precise spectroscopic measurements of the light absorption in different oils, specifying that the oils contained “pi-electron clouds from alpha-linolenic acid (ALA, an omega 3 fatty acid) and linoleic acid (LA, omega 6) plus vitamin E in its natural complex, etheric oils and sulfhydryl groups.”However, they are not cheap, and those who choose to omit them should not be too concerned, since success was achieved before they were introduced to the protocol. How to do the BUDWIG PROTOCOL 

The BUDWIG PROTOCOL responds within days, but tumors may take several weeks or months to disappear -in the meantime you should not feel as ill as you do with radiation and chemotherapy, your hair does not drop out and you should be able to live a quality life.

 Chemicals (including those in medications) can interfere with the BUDWIG PROTOCOL. Includes growth-inhibiting drugs, barbiturates and analgesics 

Large amounts of flax oil should not be taken without sufurated protein. Dr. Budwig herself said that an excessive intake of flax oil WITHOUT the sulfurated protein (such as cottage cheese) can be dangerous. For example, there are some reports of how prostate cancer growth increased by those taking flax oil, but the men in these cases were not combining the oil with sulfurated protein, which enables the body to use the flax oil fats beneficially for oxygenating the body.

 Overview of Budwig Meal Plan for Cancer or Serious Health Problems 

The Budwig Meal Plan. In addition to nutrition-packed whole foods, the following mixtures are consumed for a total daily intake of 4-8 Tbsp.flaxseed oil, depending on the severity of your problem:

 • Budwig flaxseed spread. Added to vegetables and/or grains

 • Budwig dressing. Made from flaxseed oil to dress salads or vegetables

 • The Standard Recipe. LOW-FAT cottage cheese, yogurt and/or whey protein concentrate ) with perhaps a little honey, fresh fruit, garlic, cayenne, herbs, fresh squeezed fruit juice, ground flaxseeds, or a little water.

  Daily Budwig Meal Plan for Cancer or other Serious Health Problems

Dr. Budwig advised that the following foods NOT be eaten on the Budwig meal Plan: 

• Sugar. To reduce the cancer cells’ food supply and slow down their production of lactic acid, which otherwise promotes an acidic environment in which cancer cells can prosper. Use fruit, fruit juice or a little honey for sweeteners.

 • Animal fats • Processed/Commercial/Typical Grocery-store Oils. All salad oils including commercial mayonnaise, margarine; use only cold-pressed oils (usually obtained from a health-food store) 

• Meats. Meat digestion uses up precious enzymes needed to break down fibrin coating on cancer cells so that the immune system can “get at” them. As you improve, organic meat from 100% grass-fed animals can be slowly introduced.

 • Foods containing chemical preservatives. Preservatives block the metabolism of flaxseed oil’s fatty acids.

 BUDWIG PROTOCOL helps Cancer patients, even on their death-bed.  It doesn’t matter where cancer cells are located or what name is given to your cancer, since as Budwig explained, her protocol gives cells the essential good fats/oils they need for them to normalize their function. In one of her books, Dr. Budwig says: “I often take very sick cancer patients away from hospital where they are said to have only a few days left to live, or perhaps only a few hours. This is mostly accompanied by very good results. The very first thing that these patients and their families tell me is that, in the hospital, it was said that they could no longer urinate or produce bowel movements. They suffered from dry coughing without being able to bring up any mucous. Everything was blocked. It greatly encourages them when suddenly, the surface-active fats, with their wealth of electrons (from the flaxseed oil and cottage mixture and flaxseed oil enemas), start reactivating the vital functions and the patient immediately begins to feel better. . …”
