| DIARRHEA / DYSENTERYÂ (Caused by contaminated food or water) | Mix 2 -5 drops in 5oz of water or juice 1-2 times daily. Some experts say that many people diagnosed with colitis or crohn’s disease are actually infected with parasites, for which GSE is very effective. |
| FLATULENCE / GAS | Mix 3-6 drops in 1 cup water or juice 3 times daily, before or after meals. Take a probiotic to help replenish beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract. Taking raw apple cider vinegar or digestive enzymes before meals is also helpful. Consult physician if symptoms persist. |

| GASTRITIS / GASTRIC / DUODENAL ULCERS | Helicobacter pylori is a bacteria that is now believed to be the cause of up to 50% of peptic and duodenal ulcers. Drink ½ hour before a meal on an empty stomach 2 to 3 times a day until the symptoms have disappeared. | ACNE / PIMPLES | Add 2 drops to your regular liquid cleaner to make a superior solution or use the facial cleaner (see below). Chronic acne may require internal cleansing as well: Mix 1-3 drops GSE in 1 cup water. Drink 3 times daily. |
| ATHLETE’S FOOT | Mix 20 drops in 2 cups water in a spray bottle. After bathing, liberally spray 2 times daily for 3 weeks. Also add 20 (or 40) drops to a small (or large) load of laundry’s last rinse when washing socks or stockings and allow to soak to avoid re-infection, or hang socks in sun. Also spray inside shoes thoroughly. Also moisten feet with water and rub in 3-4 drops GSE with wet palm. Rub entire foot to a lather. |

| CRACKED / SUNBURNED LIPS | Apply 2-3 drops mixed in 1 Tbsp. of oil. |
| CUTS / WOUNDS | Spray wound liberally and often with a mix of 1 tsp. GSE in ½ cup distilled or cooled, boiled water in a clean spray bottle. A deep wound requires a more diluted solution. See a physician for severe wounds. |
| ECZEMA / DERMATITIS (chronic itchy skin disease caused by food or chemical allergies, usually appearing on the inside of the elbow and knees and on the face or wrist) | Try to eliminate offending foods or chemicals. Do not use soap. Mix 3 drops GSE with ¼ cup olive oil and rub into affected area twice daily. |
| FACIAL CLEANER | Thoroughly moisten face with warm or cool water. With wet hands apply 1-2 drops to fingertips and gently massage facial area with circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. A slight tingling indicates the deep cleaning properties. |
| FIRST AID (Abrasions and scratches) | Mix 1-3 drops in 1 Tbsp. water. Apply the mixture 2 times daily directly to affected area of skin. For large areas mix 16-32 drops per cup distilled or cooled, boiled water and spray on affected areas. Do not get in eyes, see warnings above. |

| IMPETIGO (A skin infection usually affecting children. An itchy rash-type outbreak recognized by a clear to yellow pus-like discharge that keeps the area wet. Usually caused by Streptococcus or Staphylococcus) | Mix 1 tsp. GSE to 3oz water and spray several times daily. Adding 1 tsp. Calendula Officianlis (Marigold) to the solution. attentionto hygiene prevents recurrent episodes of impetigo. To help decontaminate towels, linens, etc, add 1 tsp.of GSE to the wash or rinse cycle and allow them some soak time. |
| INSECT BITES / STINGS | Apply GSE in an undiluted form. If the skin is sensitive, mix with a little bit of water or olive oil. |
| ITCHY SCALP / DANDRUFF | Add 2-4 drops to shampoo (mix in hand or on head with shampoo). Massage into scalp and leave on for at least 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. May be used without shampoo: 2-4 drops per cup of water rub into scalp and let dry. A spray bottle is useful for this. Do not get in eyes, see warnings above. |
| NAIL TREATMENT / FUNGI (Deformed discolored soft or brittle nails) | Mix 1-3 drops in 1 Tbsp. water, grain alcohol (vodka). Apply the solution on the surface of the nail and along the cuticle, or soak nails 2 times daily. Nail fungus is particularly resistant; Several months of regular use may be necessary. For stubborn cases add more drops or even use full strength if necessary. |
| NETTLE RASH / CHICKEN POX / SHINGLES / HIVES (Varicella- Zoster virus) | Mix 3 drops with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and apply to skin, or mix 3-5 drops in 1 cup water and spray affected area, as needed. |
| POISON OAK / IVY | Mix 2 tsp. GSE to 5oz (10 Tbsp.) water in a spray bottle and apply to a small area of the skin. If a burning sensation results, add a little water. Spray liberally over affected areas; repeat every 2 hours as needed. Shake mixture between sprayings. |
| PSORIASIS (Itchy red patches on skin with silvery white scales) | Rub affected area twice daily with a mix of 2-4 drops in ¼ cup olive oil. |

If the cause is in the digestive track then take internally, 2-5 drops GSE mixed in ½ cup water or juice, 2-3 times daily. GSE is a very effective and long lasting breath freshener. |

WARNINGS: Any mixtures that are used for spraying should be mixed very thoroughly before spraying and between sprayings – GSE has a tendency to settle making it stronger at the bottom of the container, which may irritate, swell or burn an animal’s tongue, if licked. If GSE gets into the animal’s eyes, flush them out immediately with plenty of water (warm if possible) for 15 minutes -consult a veterinarian if necessary. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| ALL-PURPOSE CLEANER AND SURFACE DISINFECTANT | GSE is a superior disinfectant that has been proven to be 10 times more effective at killing household germs than Chlorine Bleach, Iodine and Colloidal Silver!
