Two "No-brainer"
daily recipes for maintaining / restoring physical and mental health
(1) 'O3-Fix' Breakfast Recipe and (2) C-ollagen Fruiticcino
Two DAILY easy-to-make, enjoyable, therapeutic recipes (using mainly fresh foods together with some supporting supplements), heal, energize cells, provide important nutrients, build collagen in connective tissue, normalize thyroid function and boost immune system against assault. Ingredients are specifically chosen to include nutrients the body cannot make and are typically missing from most daily diets and wreaking havoc with our health:
| Magnesium | The “Missing Mineral” – Required for cellular energy production metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and amino acids, formation of bones and teeth, normalizing muscle and nerve function, improving INSULIN sensitivity, reduces blood pressure and much more. | Vitamin C | “God’s Medicine” – This all-important vitamin cannot be stored so must be consumed anew each day for its antioxidant activity in watery areas of the body, for building collagen in all connective tissue in arteries, bones, joints, skin . . ., as well as its anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and immune system boosting abilities. The fruit used in both smoothies are ideally chosen for their inherent high-C-content. |
| Vitamin D | “The Sunshine Vitamin” – Directly or indirectly sun-derived antioxidant vitamin D performs so many functions in virtually ALL the body’s cells that without it we simply do not thrive. |
| Omega-3 fatty acids | Provide typically deficient, high-energy, healing omega-3 (as well as some omega-6) essential fats. These ingredients effectively fight against most of the major and minor health problems of our time including CVD, cancer, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, depression, anxiety, osteoporosis, M.S., and issues of the GI tract — the list goes on! Omega-3 fats are here obtained from flaxseed (which provides lignans to normalize estrogen and a source of fiber that will gently take care of any problems in “going” each day) and also obtained from fresh, quality flaxseed oil (necessary if you need to build up low starting omega-3 levels or as part of a specific health therapy. Treating serious health problems requires more than 2 Tbsp. flax oil / day, which therapy is called the BUDWIG PROTOCOL. E.g. this is used as a stage IV cancer therapy). |

(1) 'O3-Fix' BREAKFAST recipe
Provides maintenance dose of essential omega-3 fatty acids in 2½ Tbsp. flaxseed and 1 – 2 Tbsp. fresh flax OIL in a delicious ‘O3-Fix’ – Flax Fruiticcino or ‘O3-Fix’ – Creamy Nuts ‘n’ Berries.
O3-Fix recipes as well as other omega-3 EPA / DHA supplements should be consumed at least 2 hours away from the C-ollagen Fruiticcino, since its high antioxidant dose of vitamin C would interfere with the therapeutic benefits of O3-Fix omega-3 fatty acids.
The following Omega-3 EPA / DHA supplements are necessary for most of us since many issues, including age, interfere with conversion rate of omega-3 ALA in flaxseed to EPA / DHA),
- 1 or 2 -1000mg fish oil capsule. Wild salmon oil is a good choice since it is not chemically processed.
- or 3-500 mg Antarctic krill oil
- or ½ tsp. quality cod liver oil.
(can take a proportional combination e.g.1 -1000mg fish oil and 2 – 500 mg Krill oil)
You should include flax OIL in your O3-Fix recipe in the following situations:
- You are correcting a starting omega-3 deficiency for a few months
- As therapy for a known health problem. Serious health problems may require 3-6 Tbsp. flax oil / day as in the Budwig Protocol. Note that this high O3-dose protocol is not compatible with high dose vitamin C therapies, such as the C-ollagen Fruiticcino or Rath-Pauling Therapy
- To ensure you are getting enough omega-3 to maintain health (1-2 Tbsp. / person)
‘O3-Fix’ – Flax Fruiticcino (Can contain Flax OIL and SEED)
‘O3-Fix’ – Creamy Nuts ‘n’ Berries (Can contain Flax OIL and SEED)
Otherwise, you can choose to maintain health with just the omega-3 (plus lignans, fiber and mucilage) in the flaxSEED using any of the following recipes:

(2) C-ollagen Fruiticcino --- Drink 2 hours away from any 'O3-Fix' recipe
This frothy smoothie and its support nutrients contain the “Somewhere in the middle” maintenance-level Rath-Pauling therapy ingredients (Vitamin C, Lysine and Proline) for providing the crucially protective antioxidant Vitamin C (especially concentrated in brain tissues) and building collagen in the body’s connective tissues, involved in CVD, arthritis, osteoporosis and more.

Iodine – In the early morning
Take in a little juice or milk at least 2 hours away from taking C-ollagen Fruiticcino.
- 1 drop 2% Lugol’s iodine (provides a maintenance dose of ~3 mg iodine + iodide. The Lugols’ page explains how to start with a higher dose to deal with a likely deficiency)
Vitamin D – Ideally between 10 am and 2pm:
Magnesium treat – somewhere during your day:
- A small bar of chocolate – magnesium (E.g. 4.25 oz Milk Chocolate bar w/ almonds provides102mg natural magnesium).
Other supplements – Take with main meal:
- 400 mg magnesium (as chelated magnesium supplement E.g. Swanson Ultra Albion Magnesium Glycinate or prefer transdermal magnesium chloride (less convenient but fast, effective, cheap and bypasses GI tract). (Highly functional mineral, also for omega-3 conversion enzymes)
- Zinc – 8 mg (W) or 11 mg (M). Prefer zinc citrate, chelate, acetate, mono-methionine or gluconate (for omega-3 conversion enzymes)
- Selenium – 200 mcg seleno-methionine or consume 4-6 Brazil nuts
- Vitamin A – supplement or include A-rich foods
- Vitamin B-complex – prefer sublingual form (for omega-3 conversion enzymes)
- Vitamin E – supplement 400 IU mixed gamma-tocopherol. Protects O3 fatty acids in cell membranes from oxidation
- Vitamin K – K1 in spinach, K2 in fermented foods (natto, sauerkraut), aged cheese – K2 puts calcium where it belongs in bones and teeth, not in soft tissue, such as your arteries. Can supplement K2.at
