Other additions
Drink Throughout the Day
- Herbal tea liberally (E.g. Matcha and peppermint tea are good choices) or black tea moderately
Sparkling Water (can make at home with a water carbonator). Ensure quality water and be imaginative with healthy addtions, such as a dash of fresh lemon or lime juice, or raw apple cider vinegar
PRIMARY (and Secondary?) Cancer Protocols
You will also need to find a time slot for your PRIMARY (and SECONDARY?) cancer protocol (s). All-in-all a busy day, but still just about possible to fit around other activities, including work! Unfortunately, dealing with cancer does require a determined effort .
Timing considerations
- Do not supplement with HIGH dose vitamin C (E.g. Rath Cellular Solution) concurrently with BUDWIG PROTOCOL / “O3-Fix”. However, you do need to obtain a sufficiency of vitamin C from food and supplements
- Iodine. 2 hrs away from Antioxidants
- Baking soda should not be taken too close to meal times. It neutralizes stomach acid needed to break down food
