Daily Meal Plan for BUDWIG PROTOCOL - For Cancer or other serious health conditions

The BUDWIG PROTOCOL was designed by eminent biochemist/researcher Dr. Johanna Budwig. It is a powerful therapy utilizing flax seed oil and cottage cheese (or other sulfurated proteins, such as yogurt, whey protein concentrate or kefir). Its major health benefits are consequential to enhancing Essential Fatty Acid (EFA) delivery to the body’s cells, which by attracting oxygen, increases cellular energy production

The “O3-Fix” / BUDWIG PROTOCOL

The BUDWIG PROTOCOL responds almost immediately, but does take time for complete success.   Although this protocol starts to act within days, it may take 3-6 months to actually reverse cancer and make tumors completely disappear; other health issues may respond much faster. Although a daily intake of 6 tablespoons of flax oil and 12 Tablespoons of cottage cheese seems a lot to consume every day, keep in mind, most people only have to do this for about 10-12 weeks! After remission, most people choose to continue with the maintenance dose of 2 Tablesoons of flax oil and 4 Tablespoons of cottage cheese (or an appropriate amount of substitute sulfurated amino acid food), simply because it makes them feel great.

Adhere to all aspects of this protocol if you want to achieve positive results

 i.e. it is not a smorgasbord where you pick and choose the bits you want – the protocol works as a whole, which includes:

  • The dietary restrictions during the treatment period (E.g. no sugar, meat, animal fats, but a moderate amount of cheese is OK – preferably raw and organic);
  • DAILY sunbathing (or full spectrum tanning bed),
  • Coffee enema (to help elimination organs remove toxins from the body ),
  • Exercise.
  • Stress-relief protocols;
  • R & R;
  • No toxic chemicals.  This includes household chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, hair dyes, make-up, chemical-laden soaps, shampoos, deodorants, chlorinated / fluoridated water. etc

Flaxseed oil must be organic and cold-pressed with no additives (E.g.Barleans, Spectrum, Flora).   Put flaxseed bottles (opened or unopened) in the freezer, which will remove two oil-damaging sources -heat and light. To remove air (the 3rd damaging source) from the bottle, if necessary,transfer oil to an opaque plastic/squeezablebottle and after taking out oil,squeeze air out of the bottle by squeezing the oil to the top of bottle and then cap tightly. NEVER HEAT FLAX OIL.
