Avocado Oil

- Great choice for a frying oil

Pressed from the green flesh of the avocado (Persea americana) – and not from its pit/seed like most other oils

UNrefined oil is green and has a mild smell, creamy texture, and buttery / slightly nutty taste.  popularly used for baking, dressings and drizzling on vegetables; in contrast, refined oil is odorless and yellow;

Highly stable, avocado oil is also excellent for stir-frying / sauteing / grilling.   Refined avocado oil has the very high smoke point of 520°F, and UNrefined 480°F

UNrefined avocado oil is highly nutritious.   High in monounsaturated fat (77% of its total fat), vitamin E ; it also enhances carotene absorption in a meal by upwards of 250%,
